At Promex Technologies (“we,” “our,” or “us”), we strive to deliver high-quality IT staffing, recruitment, and consulting services. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which payments may be refunded, where applicable. By engaging our services, you agree to the terms described below.


1. General Refund Policy

Due to the nature of professional staffing and recruitment services, all fees paid to Promex Technologies are non-refundable, unless explicitly stated otherwise in a written agreement or service contract.

Services rendered include, but are not limited to:

  • Recruitment and candidate sourcing

  • Resume optimization and profile enhancement

  • Interview coordination and consultation

  • Talent screening and workforce consulting

Once service delivery has commenced, refunds are generally not applicable.


2. Employer / Client Refunds

For employers and business clients:

  • Placement fees, retainers, and service charges are non-refundable once candidate sourcing or recruitment activity has begun.

  • Any replacement guarantees or credit terms will be governed strictly by the specific service agreement signed between Promex Technologies and the client.

  • Refunds, if any, will only be processed where explicitly defined in a written contract.


3. Job Seeker / Candidate Refunds

For job seekers:

  • Fees paid for career consulting, resume services, interview preparation, or related services are non-refundable once the service has been initiated.

  • Promex Technologies does not guarantee job placement; therefore, lack of placement does not qualify for a refund.

  • Cancellations requested after service commencement are not eligible for refunds.


4. Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate or erroneous payments

  • Services not delivered due to internal operational error

All refund exception requests must be submitted in writing and are subject to review and approval by Promex Technologies management.


5. Refund Request Process

To request a refund (where applicable), please contact us with the following details:

  • Full name or company name

  • Payment date and transaction reference

  • Reason for refund request

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days and returned via the original payment method, where possible.


6. Chargebacks & Disputes

We encourage clients and candidates to contact Promex Technologies directly before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in suspension of services and account restrictions.


7. Service Modifications

Promex Technologies reserves the right to modify service offerings, pricing, and delivery methods at any time. Such modifications do not automatically entitle clients or candidates to refunds unless stated otherwise in writing.


8. Changes to This Refund Policy

We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on this page with an updated effective date.
